sales: Viewing the work: [NEW YORK METROPOLITAN AREA]: After we receive your information request (at CONTACT), we will get in touch with you and determine the most convenient means of your viewing the piece(s) in which you are interested. [OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK]: We realize the difficulty of doing business long-distance. If you are not available to view the work(s), in which you are interested, in the New York area, we will make every effort to find other means of satisfying you. In general, this may mean that we send you slides or color prints. In special cases, that is, in which your credit rating or other references suit the case, we may be able to ship work on consignment. Conditions of sales: [CONDITION OF ARTWORK]: All prices are based on delivery of unstretched or unmounted pieces. Stretchers and framing is available on a per case basis and additional cost will be discussed at the time and on a per-case basis. [METHOD OF PAYMENT]: Unless other terms are made between us, preferred method of payment shall be certified check or money order. Personal and or business checks may be acceptable, but works will not be shipped until clearance by our bank [TERMS]: In general, all payments shall be made in full. However, in some cases other arrangements, such as monthly/quarterly payments and/or lease/rental agreements may be made Availibility: [SEE PRICELIST]: The availibility of individual pieces can be determined by clicking on the price list for the appropriate exhibit in which the work(s) you are interested in are placed.
